The 2002 Parable Shiraz was produced from selected premium vineyards in the McLaren Vale district of South Australia.

Traditional winemaking techniques and maturation in small French and American oak casks has created a rich, flavoursome wine with complex and persistent finish.

Bottling this wine unfiltered has enabled the preservation of those unique flavours.

"The dense purple-colored 2002 Shiraz Parable exhibits a big, full-throttle style. While primary and unevolved, it is a rich, chewy, impressive red that requires 1-3 more years of bottle age. It should last for a decade or more. Drink 2005-2014"
