Paul Lindner is a winemaker at Langmeil winery in South Australia's Barossa Valley. He has unrivalled access to fruit of outstanding quality from all over the Barossa Valley through business and family connections with some of the district's longest-established grape-growing families.

Barossa cabernet is a real quiet acheiver, too often in the shadow of Shiraz. 2002 is considered a classic Barossa vintage. Its superb berry character is on display in this wine. The palate is sweet, ripe and plummy with incredible softness. Delicious with spicy Thai or Indian food.
