RP 87 points: The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon ?St. Hugo? was aged in new and used French oak for 18 24 months depending upon the parcel. Purple colored, the nose exhibits attractive mint and eucalyptus notes as well as cassis and black cherry. On the palate, this Cabernet is medium to full bodied with a supple palate feel and good flavors which are all on the surface. The wine is ready to drink and should be consumed over the next 4 6 years.
