Fox Creek's premium wines are sourced entirely from grapes grown in the McLaren Vale region and most of them from the winery's own vineyards. Fox Creek is known best for an outstanding group of high quality red wines, most notably Shiraz, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Fox Creek's four white wines, described as their "best kept secret", are made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Verdelho.

Fox Creek's most celebrated wine is the Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz. It was first made in 1994 and has great depth of colour, aroma and flavour, typical of the best wines of the McLaren Vale region. Over the past decade Shiraz from the McLaren region has been acclaimed by esteemed wine critics such as Robert Parker. Like other famed wineries including Noon, Clarendon Hills and d'Arenberg, Fox Creek helped to establish McLaren Vale as one of Australia's most exciting wine producing regions.  Source: Fox Creek
