Fully mature cabernet. Infectious secondary aromas of coffee, toffee and christmas pudding lead to a well balanced palate of dark fruits with good natural acidity and a medium length finish. The freshness of the fruit perhaps starting to fade but a nice accompaniment to slow cooked meats/ casserole dishes
