This is a million miles away from the mass produced ssb's which try very hard to taste of very little. This is a serious wine with impressive weight and focus whilst still displaying the typical citrus and honeysuckle associated with the variety. Enough acidity to make this food friendly and enough backbone to appeal to a chardonnay drinker. Pleasant Surprise.
