Nicely integrated fine tannins bring together a plush almost seductive medley of ripe cassis, chocolate and more than slightly coonawarra like earthyness. Judicious use of oak and the faintest hint of eucalyptus round out what is probably the best value wine I have tried on the Wine Market to date - and 13.5% ALV which is spot on.
