To drink this wine is to feel that all is right with the world. Very nice, and impressively crafted. Dark berries, plum, cherry, chocolate, meat juices, mineral. Fine tannins, long finish. 15.5% alcohol but perfectly integrated, perfectly balanced. I strongly recommend drinking this alongside the best piece of beef that you can get your hands on. I drank this with roast wagyu beef, also threw a splash in the gravy. A monumentally tasty pairing.
