Lawrence Victor Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

Fully mature cabernet

Nicely integrated notes of sweet oak, cassis and perhaps cherry. Obvious earthy Coonawarra Terroir with superfine tannins and a slightly vegetal finish. In simple terms a good Coonawarra Cabernet at its best now. Perhaps starting to thin a little. Good with steak - not so with desert.
