Estate-grown and matured in a mix of French oak barrels, predominantly new. The crimson-purple colour, heralds a full-bodied cabernet built for long-term cellaring. It is filled with blackcurrant, earth and mint fruit, flavours utterly true to the region, and the tannins need all that fruit (and vice versa). Drink to 2035.
