The grapes were harvested by hand, allowed to cool overnight in the cool room and then basket pressed the following morning. The juice was allowed to settle overnight and then transferred into a single large French oak vat and smaller French oak puncheons for fermentation and maturation on full yeast lees.
Tasting Note: Brilliant copper in colour. Intense floral and red berry aromas of rose, honeysuckle and fresh strawberry. A dry and complex wine with berry and stone fruit flavours, alongside wonderful creamy softness from lees contact, and a mouth-watering mineral finish. A wonderful summer wine full of life. Serve slightly chilled. 13.4% Vol.
