92 Points Robert Parker
A very youthful, dense purple-colored wine with considerable power, great extract, and tremendous purity, and the tell-tale blackberry, leather, asphalt, and smoky notes, this wine has layers of glycerin, superb concentration, and a youthful, vigorous finish. This wine actually seems in need of another 2-3 years of cellaring. Anticipated maturity: 2003-2018.
