89 Points Robert Parker
Deep garnet in color, the 2004 Gaia gives Chinese dried plums, warm mulberries and red currants aromas with touches of bay leaf, bark and yeast extract. Crisp and tight, it has medium levels of fine tannins and a long finish. Drink it now to 2020+.

94 Points James Halliday
Excellent, bright purple-red; in typical fashion, medium-bodied - even light- to medium-bodied - but very fresh and harmonious, with fruit, oak and tannins precisely fashioned and balanced. Will live far longer than one might imagine. Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Merlot.
Drink to 2029.
