Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Grey Label was sourced from Langhorne Creek. It spent 18 months in new and used French and American oak. Purple-colored, it displays an enticing bouquet of cigar box, mint, allspice, cassis, and black currant. On the palate it reveals a bit of ripe tannin, savory, layered red and black fruit flavors, good balance and a fruit-filled finish. It will evolve for 3-5 years and offer prime drinking from 2013 to 2022. Source: Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) December, 2009 by Jay Miller
