Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and matured in French oak for 18 months, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet color and aromas of crushed blackberries and cassis over suggestions of dried Mediterranean herbs, underbrush, cedar and yeast extract. Medium-bodied with just enough expressive cassis and earth flavors, it has refreshing acid and a medium to firm level of chewy tannins, finishing long with an herbal lift. Drink it now to 2019+.
