94 Points Robert Parker
The 2008 Puligny-Montrachet Folatieres is fabulous. It is just beginning to show the early signs of complexity, but remains very young. With two years in bottle the layers of flavor are beginning to fill out splendidly. Hints of light floral honey, butter, dried pears and spices are woven together beautifully on the rich, textured finish. Note: This is the Heritiers de Louis Jadot bottling that is sold in the US. There is also a Maison Jadot bottling that I did not taste. Anticipated maturity: 2014+.
