Deep red colour and purple hues. Complex aromas of red fruits, spices, leather and tobacco. Its time in oak brings complexity and balance. The palate repeats the aromas with great varietal typicality, spices, firm ripe tannins, good acidity and long finish. Hand-harvested in boxes of 20 kg. each. Fermentation at controlled temperatures (28°C - 30°C). 4-week maceration in stainless steel tanks. Natural yeasts. 18 months of aging in first use French oak. Malolactic fermentation. No filter.
