A blend of Shiraz and Tempranillo grown at our Adairs Lane Vineyard in Mia Mia, and cofermented
in a small open fermenter. Fortified on skins and left in to open for 4 days prior to pressing. Aromatics are of
dense Christmas cake, sweet spice with lashings of brandy cream. The palate is filled blueberry ice cream, chocolate,
blackcurrant liqueur and sweet spice. The 2019 hugs you with warmth like a long-lost friend. It’s so compelling and
welcoming. The aromas fill the room. Cellaring potential of 30 years. Bottled in 700mL only.
