90 Points James Halliday
Medium to full yellow-green; has the expected ultra-complex bouquet with strong Burgundian overtones, the palate providing more of the same. You can see all the elements in the wine: great fruit, then barrel fermentation of partially clear juice at ambient temperatures. Way out of the mainstream for the normal more clinical Australian Chardonnay style. Drink to 2007.
