94 Points Robert Parker
The Shotfire Ridge cuvee is awesome. For readers who want something big, there are 6,000 cases of the lavish 2002 Shiraz Shotfire Ridge. It boasts an inky/purple color as well as a big, sweet, smoky, peppery, blackberry liqueur-scented nose followed by bold flavors of roasted meats, dried herbs, scorched earth, and spice. An incredible value, with huge body and massive fruit as well as glycerin, it is almost too good to be true. But it is! Drink it over the next decade.
