88 Points Robert Parker
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2009 Shiraz offers notes of ripe black cherries, crushed blackberries and warm black plums over hints of black pepper and prunes. Full bodied with mouth-filling black berry flavors, it has a medium level of rounded tannins, medium to high acidity and a long peppery finish. Drink it now to 2015.

96 Points James Halliday
Deep crimson-purple; one of the icons of the Barossa Valley that year in, year out, has an extra degree of elegance without compromising the depth and intensity of its spicy blackberry and black cherry fruit; the use of 100% French oak is the icing on the cake. Drink to 2030.
