Bouzy rouge infuses a pale salmon hue, with a copper tint in the 2011 base, and gentle notes of red
apple and pomegranate. Phenolic texture is coarse, making for a firm and astringent finish, though
its small dose of red wine builds the palate nicely on the finish compared with the Brut Royal.
