This is a generous clare valley riesling in a very nice place....I have tried a few top tier Aussie rieslings that seem to value an extremely crisp, dry drinking experience at the expense of depth of flavour. This is a nice example of a more exuberant style that still maintains nice acidity and freshness with no hint of flabbiness. Went nicely with Szechuan chicken. Very impressive and great value.
