Each wine bottle is bar coded individually so you can choose whether to have a whole case or particular bottles delivered. Our systems are integrated with our carrier's so when you request a wine delivery, your bottles are retrieved from wine storage and packed securely for next business day delivery to metropolitan Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and the main regional cities in between.
When your wine is received from a winery or a retailer, we verify that it has arrived safely and check that all bottles are accounted for. If older wine is transported from a private wine cellar we take extra care to inspect it and verify that it has been correctly identified. When the handling-in process is finalised you'll receive an automated email alert complete with a detailed report.
