Winery Region:Yarra Valley
James Halliday Rating:95
95 Points James Halliday
A complex bouquet, with some barrel ferment oak inputs leading the way; the palate is tightly focused, pure and very long, the accent entirely on the stone fruit and citrus fruit; lean and lissom. Drink to 2015.

93.5 Points Robert Parker
The 2006 Chardonnay is medium gold-colored with a superb perfume of mineral, apple, pear, and a hint of lemon. On the palate the wine is tightly wound showing only a fraction of what it will ultimately have to offer. Elegant, with as much appeal to the intellect as to the senses, it is intense and impeccably balanced. This beautifully rendered Chardonnay is likely to have a 20 year life span.
