All wines on this list were purchased on release by meticulous buyers - such as a winemaker, a forensic accountant, a QC., a Wine Society, and the like - and carefully cellared in perfect wine storage conditions before coming to Cellarit's climate-controlled facility. The list also includes wines that came directly to Cellarit upon release and haven't moved since. Note that even wines with perfect provenance can have faults and/or be past their best drinking windows...but perfect provenance certainly helps to minimise those risks (more). Happy hunting!
