Light yellow colour. Buttery, cashew nut cream, honey, barley sugar aromas, fresh and clean. Some candlewax. It's sweet and firm in the mouth, the acidity is a touch on the firm side and there's an appealing trace of bitterness. Very intense and high potental wine, whose high sugar level is moderated to a surprising degree by its acidity. A superb wine, and bottle-ageing should reap even greater rewards.
