Notes of mocha, olive, damson plums, liquorice allsorts, cinnamon and spice. So much going on. The palate is chewy with
bright acids and a big, sweet dollop of fruit in the mid palate. Flavours of thyme, blood plums, mulberries and tobacco. Tannins
are refined and velvety. The natural acids are mouth-watering and provide definition. Matured in 100% new French oak
hogsheads for almost 24 months, approachable now but will reward patience. Suggested best drinking from 2024 - 2034.
