Light to medium yellow-straw colour. It's shy and reserved to sniff, hints of pencil-wood, a little lacking bouquet at first glance, while the palate is medium to light-bodied, soft and round, the finish and aftertaste clean and dry and well balanced. A very attractive but rather quiet wine on the day. A day later—much more charming, with richness, sweetly ripe nectarine flavours and subtle, delicious complexities.
