Ralph Kyte-Powell
A deeply-coloured shiraz made in the classic big-flavoured, oak-influenced Barossa style, but without excesses. Ripe, earthy aromas of dark berry and plum-like fruit are touched by hints of sweet spices, mint and a good measure of high-toned, vanillin oak. It's medium-bodied, intense in flavour and well-balanced by lively acidity and measured tannins, finishing long with a light, minty fragrance
