Light to medium bright ruby red colour. Raspberry, musk and rose petal aromas. Palate is bright and fragrant, with ethereal notes of red cherry and underlying hints of amaro herbs and white truffles. Goes long and lingers on the tongue with light and air as its key points

Colour is not an attribute in '20 – it's a much lighter hue – but Block 5 has the most of the 3 pinots on offer at this time. It’s also the most elegant, defined and poised. A balance of flavours from sweet and tangy cherries, rhubarb compote, Campari and a waft of autumn leaves. The palate is superfine and long, extended by filigree tannins in sync with the refreshing acidity.
