This wine has been 10 years in the making. Our Muscat Petits Grains vines were close-planted at our Mt Pleasant Vineyard in Toolleen. Golden Duck is a sweet dessert style, lightly fortified to 15.0% Vol to lock in the delightful Muscat fresh grape flavours and wonderful aromatics.

Tasting Note: Light golden yellow in colour. Powerful and rich aromas of flowers and candied grape. Abundant flavours of fresh grape, guava, melon and honey. Although this wine has some residual sugar at 112g/L, the flavour of the 2021 Golden Duck is beautifully balanced between sweetness, natural acidity and richness from alcohol. This wine is a delight, and a perfect match for cheese on a warm summer night. Serve slightly chilled. The 2021 Golden Duck will be at its very best over the next 5 years. 15.0% Vol.
