With purplish, deep colour and unevolved, raw aromas, this blend is a work in progress. All it needs is some age to harmonise and it will be very satisfying indeed. Floral, red berry, plum and a dab of earthy reduction meet the nose; full flavour, round mouthfeel, good persistence, and ripe, fine-grained tannins on the palate. A bit disjointed at the moment, but will develop well.
