Deep, bright red-purple colour with a savoury aroma of forest underbrush and dried herbs, the palate is juicy and ripely sweet-fruited, with underlying raspberry and blueberry. Medium-full bodied with a brush of drying but soft, felt-like tannins. It opens up nicely with time in the glass. Good concentration and structure as well as sweet-fruit grenache charm. (Matured solely in foudre)
