Stuart Knox
A bright straw yellow colour with a delightful aromatic lift of stone fruits, struck flint and roasting nuts. Full bodied, powerful and intense, it builds across the palate with ripe stone fruit and melon as a base then roast cashew and hazelnut, bacon fat and slinky flinty minerality bound by a fine acid mesh. Length is prodigious and the finish is harmonious and finely balanced
