Here there is a trace of wood but it's much more subtle and in line with what the domaine usually offers. The elegant and pretty fruit is stylish, pure and complex with delicious, mineral-infused and nicely defined medium full flavors that offer terrific balance and excellent length. The wood is more a textural element than one that really affects the flavor profile and this should age well for the vintage. Drink to 2009+.
