This is also ripe and very pinot with a bit more earth influence in the pretty mix of black and blue aromas that merge into spicy, sweet and intense flavors that possess excellent volume on the more structured and intense finish. The balance isn't quite as good but the intrinsic qualitative difference is marginal. Drink to 2013+.
