Huon Hooke
Pale brassy straw hue. Dusty straw bouquet, very dry aromas, modest complexity in a savoury style. Some reasonably fresh aldehydes. The palate is the same; it's crisp, lean and dry with a nervy low-dosage feel and savouriness that permeates the entire wine. A lean and almost racy but satisfying style.
