A wine that continues to show evolution and refinement. It comes from the Challis Vineyard south of Margaret River, using several different clones. The result is a wine that combines delicacy and refinement with the underlying power that comes from harnessing these Burgundian clones. A beautiful combination of lemon brioche on the nose with a subtle savoury influence. The palate is finely balanced with lightly charry oak working with the fine linear acidity to create a long, focused finish. A lightly charry struck match character adds the final flourish. Drink 2025 - 2037.
