Destemmed, 20% whole bunches, wild yeast, open-fermented, 14 days on skins, matured for 11 months in French oak (10% new). Good depth to the colour; a medium to full-bodied palate follows in the footsteps of the bouquet, with abundant black fruits and soft tannins. Better down the track when it will lose some of its puppy fat; it certainly has the right foundation. Drink to 2029.
