Wafty notes of toffee, twigs and spiced red cherries lead into a ripe and fleshy core that isn't short on flavour. It doesn't stay around for long, but it fits the bill for a cleansing and dry rosé

A single vineyard wine coming exclusively from the Col Mountain Vineyard at Toolleen. The vineyard soils are laden with large ironstone chunks which create grapes that capture a unique ‘minerality’ not otherwise seen along the Colbinabbin Range. Both of these varieties are perfect for the Rosè style. They offer wonderfully crisp flavours and aromas when picked early, and the colour is just perfect. We are so excited about Cinsault, you may even see a straight varietal wine bottled in the future.
Beautiful light copper with a hint of salmon. Aromas of rose petal, fresh strawberry, blood orange and pumpkin seed. Delicate and bright flavours of fresh strawberries, pink grapefruit and spice of great length, with high natural acidity cleansing the palate and delivering a delightfully refreshing experience. 12.4% Vol. Consume lightly chilled whilst young and fresh. Best serving temperature of 6-10°C.
