96 Points James Halliday
A beautifully balanced and complete wine to either drink now or cellar so it garners more complexity. The former option is hard to beat, revealing plump plums and black cherries, layers of spice and integrated oak. Precision across the palate, raw silk tannins and a freshness to the acidity ensure there's a lingering quality. Drink to 2031.

Deepish red/purple colour, and bright in the glass. The bouquet is reserved and pleasant with dark plum, blackberry and dark cherry aromas, the fruit doing the talking. It's rich and ripe, with good concentration and soft texture, the finish lingering long on the after-palate. Lovely wine. A fully satisfying pinot of real depth. Drink 2022 - 2034.
