The Dorrien vineyard contains seven hectares of 56-year-old vines in the Barossa Valley that consistently produce full-bodied wines with distinctive character. Exceptional parcels of fruit from the 1998 vintage have created great depth of ripe berry flavour. The 1998 Dorrien will age beautifully and reward careful cellaring.
A full-bodied wine that has as much fruit as it does oak. The 98 Dorrien is rich in concentrated berry fruit and strong in varietal character, all of which is balanced to perfection with well-integrated American Oak. Firm tannins, excellent structure and a pleasing length of flavour. Peak Drinking 2007-2017.
