Huon Hooke
Medium-full yellow colour; attractive nutty, toasty and nougat aromas, quite complex and very mellow. The wine is fully mature and soft, round, still showing some restraint, and has not fattened up too much. We got to it just in time. A second bottle was maderised and past drinking. (natural cork; 13% alc.)
