Dusty dry nose, earthy and not a lot of primary fruit. Good chocolate and licorice flavours, nice wine, robust and firm with a decent tannin spine. Big framed wine, robust rich and dense; slightly chewy tannins though. Not bad. Has a future. Five years more.
