90 Points James Halliday
Very good purple-red; a youthful bouquet with a mix of fresh berry, spice and more earthy aromas; there is an abundance of red cherry/berry fruit on the palate with fairly persistent tannins running through to the finish. So powerful and youthful, the 14.5 degrees alcohol does not stand out as it otherwise might. Drink to 2012.
