86 Points Robert Parker
The 2005 Chardonnay “Eileen Hardy” was barrel-fermented and spent 10 months in French oak, 50% new. Eighty percent of the wine went through malolactic fermentation. The result is a crisp, Chablis-like wine with aromas of toasty oak, white peach and apple. The wine is just a bit pinched on the mid-palate and has a moderately long finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
