97 Points James Halliday
Vivid colour; it is hard to imagine how more flavour could be generated at this alcohol, even if it is only 1 tonne to the acre; a perfumed bouquet and an Arabian night of dark berry flavours; the tannins show masterly winemaking at work; only 150 dozen made. Drink to 0.

The flagship is the purple/black 2007 Shiraz-Viognier. The exquisite perfume of smoke, lavender, floral notes, Asian spices, and blueberry leads to a tight but promising, already complex wine. It has gobs of sweet fruit and outstanding length. Give it 4-6 years and drink it from 2013 to 2026. Source: Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) February, 2009 by Jay Miller
