A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon with extremely low alcohol for a Grange (11.5%), this wine shows notes of chocolate, plum, coffee, and caramel in the moderately intense nose. In the mouth, it is fully mature, but with some dry, astringent tannin beginning to dominate its mid-palate and finish. This wine needs to be drunk up.
