Sweet and moderately dense wine with plum, licorice and vanilla oak flavours. Blanced, copmplex. A hearty red with great development potential

While the 2000 Shiraz/Cabernet The Signature (57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Shiraz) is outstanding, it is not the blockbuster this cuvee can sometimes be. Its ruby/purple color is accompanied by a spicy, earthy bouquet revealing scents of underbrush, black fruits, pepper, and background oak. This solidly made, structured 2000 will drink well for 7-10 years.
